Sandals Over Tights.. Cute, or Not Cute?
 I'm the first one to admit the loathsome nature of certain "fashion rules". Like not wearing white after Labor Day... please, says who?!!! But this one here.. sandals over tights.. I don't know. on a side note, what's up with Heidi (is that who is in the last pic?). I really hope it's not Heidi, I would be so disappointed.
The point of open toed shoes is to see your pretty pedicure, not the seam of tights. Definitely not cute, even on movie stars.

Nope! Not cute at all! They're open for a reason, if you just have to wear the tights, then opt for the closed toe shoes!
I think it’s conditionally cute. If you’re super-skinny and you’re wearing a short skirt like the two on the right, I think it’s kind of cute. It almost looks like the sandals are on display against a black backdrop. The skinny jeans on the left just push it over the edge into Not Cute territory.

Although the look isn't for everyone it's definitley cute!
I'm gonna have to agree with Chelsea Rae... This is definitely a "fashion forward" look, but I can't say that I'm ready to join in on it. Like someone said earlier, this look is "conditionally cute;" and I think it's "uncute" more often than not.
i think if its done in the right way, its very cute. but your shoes have to be like....5 in+ lol

I have too agree with Lilyoffrance with "Conditionally cute", to me it depends on the color of the tights.
I don't know why in latin america, women are use to wear, lets say for a wedding, skin color tights with sandals i think that that is SO SO WRONG!, makes all the outfit look cheap.
How ever, with color tights, I'm really considering for the winter upon.

Love it!!! Its a great way to get extended wear out of those cute summer sandals. I do think that the tights should be dark and the sandals should be chunky.
It's cute! Plus you wear it to keep warm.
